Over the past few months Cater2.me has hit some pretty significant milestones, and we couldn’t have done it without the truly amazing food partners we’ve been lucky enough to discover and involve in our program. While we’ve been able to deliver on our mission of connecting the masses with inspired chefs, up until now we’ve been focused on business clients and larger groups. After receiving numerous requests to give individuals access to our food partners, we sought out the opportunity to create one of the first rotating lunch pop-ups in the FiDi / SOMA.
Cater2.me’s BetaKitchen will serve as a rotating pop-up and test kitchen, giving local chefs the opportunity to try new concepts and office workers the opportunity to try something innovative for lunch. Following the pop-up, we’ll be incorporating the best new concepts (as voted on by you) into our catering menus so that we can continue to deliver on our promise of giving clients fresh and exciting options.
We’re really excited about BetaKitchen as it provides another access point for connecting communities around innovative food. Check out the BetaKitchen page for more information, and if you have a favorite vendor you think we should invite to ‘pop-up’ at the Kitchen, shoot us a quick note to BetaKitchen@cater2.me!
We hope to see you there!
