Join us this Tuesday (7/31) for some Grilling Basics in Golden Gate Park. We’ll be picking up new and useful BBQ tips. If you find yourself guessing when the meat is fully cooked or need ideas for marinades, this is the class for you. Chef Amy Fothergill will cover grilling basics, from making your own marinades to creating delicious side dishes that are easy and healthy.
Have you always wanted to learn the Art of Mixology? Then join in on the mixing at Fog City Diner on Wednesday (8/1). You’ll get a first lesson from Mixologist Extraordinaire Rey Silva. Enjoy amazing food and drinks, as you learn new recipes for amazing cocktails.
Join us for Winemaker Dinner with Bluxome Street Winery Thursday night. Bluxome’s focus is on palate-friendly and age-worthy Pinot Noir, along with the distinct Bluxome Sauvignon Blanc. The evening will be filled with Bluxome’s favorites, along with a delightful seasonal pairing menu prepared by Executive Chef Michael Munoz.
Then, meet us in the Grand Tasting Tent this Friday (8/3) for mouthwatering tastes from the city’s hottest restaurants. There will also be hand-crafted cocktails prepared by top mixologists and premier wines and beers from a collection of wineries and breweries.
Finally, meet us at Wix Lounge on Saturday (8/4) for the Texas Exes Chili Cook-Off. Enter as a competitor or simply come for the tasting. Either way, this chili cook-off is sure to please any food enthusiast.
