Managed Ordering

Preparing your space before the meal

Before the vendor arrives, our team will prepare the dining area, post the day’s menu, place ingredient and allergen labels for each dish, and set up warming equipment and enhanced presentation items.

Delivery and setup coordination

On the day of your order, we’re communicating with the vendor and making sure your delivery is on time and setup instructions are clear. Once the vendor arrives, we’ll greet them in a location of your choosing to receive the order.

Maintenance and management during the meal

Relax and take your focus off the food - we’ve got you covered! Throughout the meal, we’ll tidy the area, sanitize surfaces, replenish trays, and answer any questions your team may have. We can set aside meals for anyone held up in a meeting or even restock your pantry during any downtime.

Breakdown and cleanup

After the meal, we'll break down the meal, organize leftovers, wipe down and sanitize counters and equipment, and leave the space cleaner than we found it.

Feedback collection

Our on-site team will observe your team’s reaction to the food and will provide direct feedback to your Account Manager to note what the team loved and make informed suggestions to enhance your future meals.
