Our San Francisco team recently hosted the fall edition of Kitchen Insiders! This recurring event focuses on giving our clients a behind-the-scenes look at some of our top local food providers.
The evening was held at La Cocina, an incubator kitchen that empowers new chefs with the resources necessary to organize and scale their businesses. Guests had the opportunity to not just eat dinner, but to actually learn how to prepare the dishes themselves.
- Alicia’s Tamales taught attendees how to roll authentic tamales,
- Bini’s Kitchen demonstrated how to fill a type of Nepalese dumplings called Momos,
- Crepe Madame explained the proper way to flip a crepe, and
- New Tree provided a sweet finish to the evening with a fondue pairings lesson.
No meal is complete without something to sip, so The Winery SF was also on hand to provide an amazing assortment of wines.
